1. Copyright Ownership

Delivery of project files, deployment, source code, server access, repositories, compiled applications, or other project materials does not automatically transfer copyright or ownership rights.

Full payment of all agreed invoices and outstanding balances.
Completion of all contractual obligations.
Issuance of an official written Copyright or Ownership Transfer document by Softingy Technologies.

Until these conditions are satisfied, Softingy Technologies retains all copyrights and reserves the right to enforce its intellectual property rights.

2. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied, distributed, modified, published, or otherwise used without authorization in a manner that constitutes copyright infringement, you may submit a DMCA notice to us.

Your notice should include:

Your full legal name and contact information.
A description of the copyrighted work.
The URL or location of the allegedly infringing material.
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is unauthorized.
A statement that the information provided is accurate.
Your physical or electronic signature.

3. Reporting Unauthorized Use of Softingy Technologies' Intellectual Property

If you discover any website, software, application, source code, script, design, AI solution, SaaS platform, digital product, or other material owned by Softingy Technologies being copied, modified, redistributed, sold, licensed, published, or used without our written authorization, we encourage you to report it immediately.

Softingy Technologies reserves the right to issue DMCA Takedown Notices, Copyright Infringement Claims, Cease and Desist Notices, License Revocations, and pursue any other legal remedies available under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

4. Reports from Third Parties

If you are another company, business, hosting provider, marketplace, software platform, repository owner, reseller, or an individual who discovers content that appears to infringe the copyrights of Softingy Technologies or any other copyright owner, you may also contact us.

We welcome reports from third parties and will review all credible copyright infringement reports in good faith. 5. Counter Notification

We reserve the right to restore material where legally appropriate after reviewing the counter-notification.

6. Repeat Copyright Infringers

Softingy Technologies reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or permanently restrict access to users, clients, or partners who repeatedly violate copyright laws or infringe intellectual property rights.

7. False Claims

Submitting knowingly false, misleading, fraudulent, or malicious copyright complaints or counter-notifications may result in legal liability under applicable laws. We reserve the right to reject unsupported claims and pursue legal remedies where appropriate.

8. Reservation of Rights

Nothing in this policy shall be interpreted as limiting any legal rights or remedies available to Softingy Technologies.
